Woodland Echoes Resort has been established
since 1951
- Over 20 acres of mixed forest and meadows

Over the years we have introduced many hundreds of people to this uncrowded part
of Ontario. Many have returned with their families and friends year after year. We
have seen their children grow to become adults and bring their children.
After much careful consideration we decided to offer an opportunity to share the
ownership of the property and the cottages. We plan, over the next few years, to
renovate each of the ten cottages and add two new ones so we can share their ownership
so you too can experience our little part of paradise!

What is shared ownership . . .
Basically you and your fellow owners share the costs of a waterfront cottage.
This is not unlike how many families share ownership of "inherited" cottages!
It gives you the buyer a simple way to aquire a waterfront cottage at a reasonable
price.
Shared or fractional ownership's are similar to old-fashioned timeshares in that
you share ownership of a vacation property with others, and in return for your investment,
you get a portion of high and low season vacation weeks for your private use. But
shared ownership's differ from time share. For one thing, you have a deeded ownership
interest that you can resell, sublet(rent), exchange or give away. At Woodland

Fractional ownership will allow you to own some of Ontario's
prime vacation land at a price you could never afford any other way.
Our plans . . .
- Renovations are started. A model cottage is almost complete,pre renovation/building
pricing and cottage selection is available today
- We are planing this project is 3 phases. Phase one is now underway
- Our vacation intervals will be sold as 3 week
and 5 week intervals
- Existing cottages will be renovated/rebuilt too preserve their charm and location
- Each cottage is close to the water's edge and located in such a away to preserve
the natural surroundings and give you, an owner, privacy.
